Orientation on processes


    Most companies struggling for optimization focus separately on each individual process of the production. The Toyota Production System focuses on the whole plant. This means that within the term of the project activities entire material flow from the inlet to outlet store is lean designed, all information necessary for running of the production and also those exchanged with the suppliers as well as acquired from the customers are thoroughly mapped.


Last but not least, we focus not only on partial production times, but we measure total time of continuous production and so called time of “value added” work.
